Cruise FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need travel insurance?

We strongly recommend that all guests have a travel insurance policy to ensure your peace of mind before and while traveling. It's important that you protect yourself in case of trip cancellations, an interruption for any reason, baggage delays or loss of baggage and medical expenses. Travelling without insurance is a risk that no one should take. As industry professionals, we have seen situations arise with our clients that no one ever expects could or would occur. Medical issues at home or in destination, family health issues, weather delays and missing baggage are just some examples of things that can occur. If one of these things happens to you, you and your bank account will be happy that you are insured.
With our Travel Protection Plan you can enjoy comprehensive coverage during your vacation, designed exclusively to ensure your protection in the event that an unforeseen incident occurs or your plans need to change.

Will I need electrical adaptors?

Electrical plugs and outlets differ throughout the world. We recommend bringing a universal travel adaptor that's suitable for the countries you are travelling to.

Do I need a Passport?

A valid Passport is required for trips outside of Canada. We strongly recommend that you have a valid passport (with six month validity) for all travel outside of Canada. Some countries may require additional documentation and/or a visa. You are strongly urged to contact the appropriate consulate for additional details.

What if I have special dietary requirements?

We can accommodate guests who are vegetarian and can assist with diabetic, gluten-free and other medically recommended diets. Please advise us at time of booking. Unfortunately, we're unable to supply meals in accordance with strict religious requirements.
